HD52518 is a high-density polyethylene grade, also known as SABIC-M200050.  It has a narrow molecular weight distribution. This polyethylene is produced by a gas phase process and is reprocessed through injection molding, extrusion coating, and roto molding. It offers a good balance between ease of processability and flowability. Plus, its mechanical properties ensure the final products’ high performance. This high-density polyethylene has 0.952 g/ml density and 18 (190 °C/2.16 Kg) MFI. It is physically formed as transparent granules (pellets). Additives to this polymer are thermal antioxidants and catalyst neutralizers.

Good flow properties

This polyethylene with lower molecular weight, has a lower melt viscosity and is less resistant to flow. It can easily melt and flow at lower temperatures during processing. Its versatility, cost-effectiveness, and higher output rates are the benefits of using this polyethylene.
